Return & Exchanges
We're committed to ensuring you're completely satisfied with your purchases from Azshara. We understand the importance of experiencing your products in person when shopping online, so we have a clear and fair return and exchange policy. Please read the following carefully before returning your items.
I. Policy Applicability
Time Limit: You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Item Condition: Items to be returned or exchanged must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of stains or damage, with all original tags (e.g., hang tags, care labels) intact. The original packaging (e.g., plastic bag, gift box) must also be returned.
Required Documentation: Please keep your original order number or delivery receipt securely; this is required for us to process your return or exchange.
II. Ineligible Returns and Exchanges
To ensure that all customers receive products of consistent quality, we cannot process returns or exchanges for the following:
Items that have been worn, washed, processed, or altered.
Items with tags removed or damaged.
Items that are damaged, stained, have an odor, or show signs of use.
Items that have exceeded the 30-day return and exchange period.
Special sale items, clearance items, or promotional gifts (unless there are serious quality issues).
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, socks, and other intimate apparel (unless they are unopened or have quality issues).
III. Return and Exchange Process
Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure your request is processed quickly:
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Before returning an item, please contact us via email or online customer service.
Please provide your order number, the name and size of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., size error, color change, quality issue, etc.).
Our customer service staff will generate a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for you.
Step 2: Mail the item
Package the eligible item(s), original packaging, and shipping label (if applicable).
Important: Please include a note inside the package stating your name, order number, and RMA number.
Ship the package to the address we provide.
Step 3: Processing and Refund/Exchange
We will process your return within 7 business days of receiving it and inspecting the product.
Refund: Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment account. Please note that processing by the bank or payment platform may take additional time, and the time it takes to reach your account varies by institution. Please note: Shipping costs (including shipping charges) are non-refundable.
Exchange: If you choose to exchange your product, we will arrange for a replacement product upon confirmation. If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will negotiate a replacement or issue a refund.
IV. Quality Issues and Wrong or Missing Shipments
We conduct rigorous quality inspections, but if you unfortunately receive:
Products with quality issues (such as holes, unraveling, or severe coloring defects): Please provide clear photos or videos for verification.
Wrong or Missing Shipments: This is our error. Please contact us immediately. We will cover all shipping costs and resend the correct product as soon as possible.
5. Shipping Costs
Return/Exchange Shipping Costs: Returns and Exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with size or style) are subject to your own shipping costs. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for re-shipping.
Quality Issues/Wrong Shipments/Misdelivery: Returns and exchanges due to our fault will be subject to all shipping costs.
6. Final Interpretation
Azshara reserves the right of final interpretation of this policy. We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice, as permitted by law. The updated policy will be posted on our website.
